Annabel Burrows

A recruitment and selection specialist, Annabel has extensive experience of interviewing and assessing (particularly graduate, senior manager and executive level appointments), use of competency frameworks, delivery and management of selection centres. She has fourteen years' experience as a qualified management trainer and is equally comfortable working with groups or on a one-to-one basis, delivering value to support individual learning and development. She has run management development training, assessor training and interview skills training for clients across the private and public sectors

Annabel brings market leading expertise in graduate recruitment and development to BFG, having headed up the graduate recruitment function for two FTSE top 20 companies. An expert at driving companies up the key employer of choice rankings, she has assisted clients in achieving Times Top 100 Graduate Employer status.

A former senior manager in the financial services sector, Annabel is an experienced coach and mentor, and holds the BPS Level B qualification, enabling her to deliver and interpret occupational testing and personality measurement tools.

Deborah Fearn

A former HR Director in a Top 4 Accountancy firm, Deborah has over 20 years business and HR experience. Having started her career in line roles in the insurance sector, she understands the need for practical support and advice which can enhance business performance. Her career encompasses recruiting and the full range of HR services.

Latterly she has worked with organisations on strategic change management projects such as business transformation and culture change programmes including acquisition integration, performance management, team facilitation and development. She can provide support to HR teams where they are too stretched or inexperienced to handle high impact programmes and focusses on developing the team as part of the process.

Deborah has particular expertise in one to one coaching at all levels including senior executive, both as part of wider development programmes and also on a bespoke basis.

She has significant experience of working within partnerships both financial and legal and has worked across a range of other sectors including financial services and the public sector

Sarah Goodwin

Sarah is an experienced resourcing consultant with an holistic understanding and appreciation of processes, techniques and best practice. She has seventeen years global blue-chip experience engaging within business at all levels having worked within sales, service and marketing, nationally and globally.

Sarah has led and supported selection projects using her experience of competency based interviewing she has managed assessment centres and implemented resourcing strategy in a number of organisations.

Sarah has designed, developed and delivered training courses in a variety of specialisms to culturally diverse audiences, has experience of using balanced scorecard, understanding the linkages within an organisation, setting objectives to reach targets and using the balanced scorecard as a strategic business tool.

Sarah has experience of working within the travel, telecoms, scientific research and professional services sectors.
